Question: I have been working at my current job since 2020, I got promoted from being a classifier to being a chief classifier, 5 months in. I truly enjoy my work and I am passionate about the film industry I just wish it paid more. Anyway, things have not been so pleasant at work, as me and some of my colleagues became aware of the exploitation from our employer and have since been challenging them. As a result, some of us have not been getting work as we used to be, and we suspect that they might be victimizing us, which saddens me because I wanted to grow and move up in this company as it is aligned to my interests do what I studied. My question is, is growth and more promotions possible for me in this company? Or will they let me go once my contract ends in September? Thank you in advance.
