Question: Hi there. I will be adopting my nephew and need a 3 bedroom home. There is a townhouse on the other side of the complex that just went up for rent. Will we be approved for that townhouse or will we find something else close by. I cannot adopt him until I obtain a 3 bedroom. Lots of hoops to jump through but I have faith.
