Question: What is my coworker’s issue with me? She deliberately excludes me. She is really good at her job as she has been here for just over two decades. Does she think I can’t do my job or something?
Answer from da Boss:
Hi, Miss N!
Spirit can sense that your coworker is jealous, and there is a man in the middle of this. Spirit says you’re totally oblivious to this man’s behavior, but your coworker can see it plain as day. Spirit can see that this man is either married to your coworker or married to her friend. And Spirit can sense that this man said something about how attractive you are in mixed company, and your coworker took offense.
Your coworker is caught in a stupid patriarchal attitude that blames the woman when it’s actually the man who is crossing boundaries. Now you can truly understand how Monica Lewinsky felt after Bill hit on her.

You think you got all the firepower and God’s on your side? You think you run things? Watch this, gents. Watch the Lady act like a woman.” Ursula K. Le Guin

Thanks for answering 😊 She is a very jealous person in general. She works hard for the attention- “mama-bearing” people to death. She constantly reminds people how much she is needed and says the place will fall apart without her. Granted she is great at her job but she has also been here more than anyone else. If someone compliments me she immediately jumps in and says yes I told her that. It’s too bad because we started out just fine. In fact she was one of the people that recommended me for the job. How ridiculous 🙄

Emotional decisions usually are ridiculous. Thanks for your question, and thanks for being an Enhanced member. 🙂
