Question: Lately, I have felt that I am being “forced” to take a certain job position simply because all other options have disappeared. I also do not feel like I get the same positive opportunities as others have had in life, especially when I was raising my kids. I feel like I get what is left over or no one else wants. When will I be treated well in the workplace?

You were born with a T-square in your chart that could have flattened your luck. But you were also born with the most positive pattern, the kite, in your chart. This tells me that to feel safe and secure, you need your imagination and intuitive abilities working.
Next year you will come to your 2nd Saturn return. If you continue to complain about how bad things are for you Saturn will make it worse. But, if you take responsibility for your life and see the good things around you, Saturn will reward you.
