Question: It’s been almost 3 years my dad us waiting on this so called money to come. I just want to know, is it scam?

Spirit feels that is it a legal scam. She can see that some people decided to file this law suit and they recruited many people to come together with this suit. Spirit feels that it will eventually lead to a cash settlement. But, the lawyers will take a big chunk of the money, and the rest of it will be divided among all the other people involved. So eventually you father will get some money, but not a lot.
