Question: Good day. I’ve been indecisive of what to do. My car is old and will soon give problems on the other hand I want to move out of my house get another house in a new neighborhood. However I always feel I will get a job that will require me to move and I will have a big house that I will have to pay. But I see now the year is about to end and I no positive feedback around new employment. Should I buy a car or a house? I can’t afford both at ones. My car is 11 years old if it fails I would really struggle

The 3rd house rules cars, and the 4th house governs your home. I don’t see any planets making an aspect to your 3rd house. But I do see Jupiter, the planet of opportunities, making a trine (very positive aspect) you your natal Neptune, ruler of miracles, in your 4th house. So there’s a chance you’ll find a house within the next few weeks, if you want to look.
The bad news is, Mars retrograde (Oct 30 – Jan 12) will begin in your 10th house of career (which reflects into your 4th house of home). So it won’t be a good idea to take a new job or find a new home after mid-October.
Spirit sees financial luck ahead. She feels there will be some opportunities in the future, and you will be able to afford what you need.
BTW – Why don’t you take your car to a mechanic? Get their opinion on what problems you’ll be more likely to encounter in the future. Certain models of certain brands have more trouble than others. And the mechanic will know what those “built-in break-down features” are.
