Question: At my job there are some people who make snarky remarks to me and make me feel small and incompetent. Is there a reason they do this? I go to work and do my job but they make me feel like I’m not doing anything right.

Spirit suggests you discuss this problem with your supervisor or human resource department. They may be able to quiet some of those nasty coworkers. However, Spirit can also see that eventually you will leave that job because of the verbal abuse.
