Question: The punishment from the verbal altercation is far too severe. I know I don’t deserve it.
My question is: Will this be the actual punishment or will it be looked at and reversed, becoming a much lesser punishment?
Please help.

Hi, Miss N!
Our recent Mercury retrograde (Sep 9 – Oct 2) crossed over your power point for career. So I think Mercury had a lot to do with your problem. Also the eclipse tomorrow will be at an opposition to your natal Sun. It’s probably time for a life change.
Spirit feels that the company is going to make an example out of you. There will be no easy way out of this.
Spirit says, if your own Spirit guide is telling to it’s time to change jobs and you don’t listen, you will end up getting fired. There is a much better job out there waiting for you.

Thanks for answering. I have been with the company for over eight years. It’s a decent company to work for and I would like to stay on- at least for another couple of years. Importantly, I want to leave in good standing as I have given much of my life to this job. Today I am sending HR a letter regarding my concern where the punishment is concerned, reminding them of my solid eight years so far. I am hoping they will reduce the punishment. I really don’t want to be fired. I’ve put so much into this job and it’s the most decent job I’ve ever had. I’m not really qualified for much else.
