Question: I am currently working at the same company, however, at a different department. I started the job Dec 18, 2023 and it goes to the end of January 2024. Will this job work out or should I move on?

Spirit feels that the company will go through some kind of shake-up that will affect at least one of the supervisors. And Spirit feels the management will tell you that there is a good chance that you will have a job with them even after your contract ends. But that’s just to keep you doing your best. Spirit feels they will let you go at the end of your contract. So start applying for other jobs.
