Question: Hi, i hope you’re well. This is my follow up question from the previous one. What are the signs I should look out for if any, when an offer from my company is near? I work for a Japanese company here in my country and I’m thinking my offer for relocation will be to Japan. Thank you

Spirit feels there may not be many signs letting you know that the offer is coming. She feels it could occur rather unexpectedly. She also can see that it may not include a pay raise.
