Question: I have this chilling feeling that maybe my employer wants to push me out of my job that’s why they don’t want to give me my pay raise which was in my contract when I got regularized, it just makes me upset even after all the effort I showed them. I’ve asked the hr twice nicely but I only had vague answers.
1) Will they still give me my raise?
2) Will I there be no other issues with my stay in the company?

Hi, Ipf!
We have 2 retrogrades beginning soon: Venus retrograde, July 22 – September 3; Mercury retrograde, August 23 – September 15th. And this is very good for you, because you were born when both Mercury and Venus were in retrograde.
Spirit feels that the company is having financial problems, and they are holding off on on almost everybody’s raises. But she does feel that they will work it out, probably by getting a line of credit to allow them to expand. Spirit suggests you continue to nicely remind HR that you are waiting for your raise, so you will get it as soon as possible.
