Question: I can’t seem to move on in my life since Ken has passed in 2019.
\nI keep going over and over our time to.
\nIs there anything you can tell me about what Ken felt for me. I don’t know if he loved me or used me. He was a very broken person. Please anything to help me move on and live again<\/p>\n

Mourning is a process. And there are no rules that tell us how long we are supposed to mourn. If you can’t move on yet, then you can’t move on yet. Just live one day at a time, and you should find that it will gradually get easier.<\/p>\n

Spirit can sense your love for Ken. And she feels the emptiness you feel inside since he passed. Spirit also knows that he wasn’t ready to go. Ken is holding on to you just as much as you are holding on to him. Spirit says he loved you in life, and he continues to love you from the other side.<\/p>\n
